CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with Laid Back Lox, you are agreeing to our terms of cancellation charges. We charge a 75% cancellation fee for any cancellation made within a 72 hours of the scheduled appointment. 100% charge of expected service cost on extension services will apply for cancellation within 24hrs. 100% of expected service cost will be charged for all no show appointments. Client must provide a card on file and pay deposit for the appointment request to be accepted. *** By booking an appointment with Laid Back Lox you are agreeing to automatic charges to the card on file for all cancellation and no show fees applicable. No exceptions. *** Major credit cards only, no cashapp, Venmo, or prepaid debit cards will be accepted.
