CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with Laid Back Lox, you are agreeing to our terms of cancellation charges. We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation made within a 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. 100% charge of expected service cost on extension services will apply for cancellation within 24hrs. 100% of expected service cost will be charged for all no show appointments. Client must provide a card on file and pay deposit for the appointment request to be accepted. Major credit cards only, no cashapp, Venmo, or prepaid debit cards will be accepted.
